We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicates client needs and demands to employer company.
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records of client transactions.
We are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a computing, math, engineering, business, or information technology related field of study.
  • 1-2 years of Account Management Experience.
  • Experience in sales,support and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of apps and web development is must.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Pipline deals or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
